shipping
We ship via DHL insured and offer several shipping options: Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air (which does not include Saturday delivery). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed before 3 pm EST will usually ship that day, except for orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm, on Saturdays Sundays and on holidays will ship the next business day. Delivery charges are as follows:

returns
Regular orders can be returned within 14 days of the date which the order is received by you. All SALE items and special orders are non-returnable. Returns must be received in original packaging, in unworn condition, and with a copy of the receipt. All original tags on apparel must remain in their received placement. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid and insured to sugarplum-kids.com. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. Free Ground Shipping offers are subject to a $12 re-stocking fee per shipment.

To make a return, simply follow the directions below:

·       Email info@sugarplum-kids.com to notify us that you would like to return or exchange an item and to request a return authorization code (RAC). Please include your order number, list of items you would like to return and/or exchange, and reason for return/exchange. If it is an exchange we will let you know if the item is available.

·       We will process your return or exchange within 5 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.

·       Please allow 30 days for receipt of a refund or credit.

Because our little ones are growing up so fast and item sizes can vary by brand, we are happy to send you measurements for a particular item. Please just contact us at info@sugarplum-kids.com.


pre-orders

We are excited to allow you to pre-order all of the newest styles and trends before they arrive in the stores! When you are shopping through our pre-order merchandise you will find the expected shipping date within the description of each item.

How pre-orders work:

1.    During checkout you will only be charged 50% of the cost of the pre-order merchandise with no shipping charges applied. 

2.    Upon receipt of your pre-order, we will reserve the merchandise for you by removing it from our expected stock.

3.    Once the merchandise arrives in our store, we will notify you via email and will invoice you for the remaining 50% of the merchandise.

4.    Upon receipt of your final payment, we will then ship your pre-order(s) to you free of shipping charges.


pre-order cancellations and refunds
Please note that if you choose to cancel a pre-order, it will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If for any reason merchandise that you have purchased as part of a pre-order is not available (for example, the manufacturer does not make the product) or if it does not arrive within our store within 30 days of the expected shipping date, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund on that merchandise.

 

price adjustments
Should you notice that we have lowered the price of a particular item that you have purchased, we will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment! Just email us at info@sugarplum-kids.com within 7 days from your original order date. Your price adjustment will be given in the form of a store credit, and you will receive a store coupon code via email to be used to apply your credit toward a future purchase.
